Losing weight is probably a journey you have attempted several times without any success. I have tried countless diets and probably just about every “affordable diet supplement” that promised rapid weight loss! Okay, I exaggerated some, but there are tons of products out there that don’t actually work. We all know weight loss is not a transformation that happens overnight. It’s just not possible. You don’t put on 10 pounds over night. So in reality, you can’t lose 10 pounds of weight overnight. Weight loss takes time to do, but it isn’t impossible!
It could take a year or more to lose weight and that is okay. It doesn’t matter how fast you lose weight, what matters is that you succeed and keep it off. How long it took you shed the weight won’t even matter once you reach your goal weight. I have discovered a challenge that will help you lose weight and keep it off for good. Let me tell you about my good friends Lauren and Alex and their 21- Day Fat Loss Challenge.
The Avocadu Team
Two healthy nut jobs make up Avocadu. Lauren and Alex met on a date in Dallas, Texas and connected through their passion for health and fitness. Overtime, they began to challenge each other’s viewpoints on certain subjects. At the time they didn’t realize it, but their perspectives helped them sharpen them on what really was going on in the health and fitness industry. They learned that the average dieter tries 4-5 diets per year. Less than 1/2 of 1% of those dieters are successful in their long-term weight loss goals. Health and Fitness is a trillion-dollar industry, yet 70% of Americans are overweight and 40% are obese. They decided something was very wrong with this industry and came up with the 21-Day Fat Loss Challenge.
Most clients lose an average of 10-21 pounds in 21 days and absolutely love the program. I personally LOVE this program. It is the ONLY plan I have personally have tried, enjoy, and seen results with. I would not write about it, if this wasn’t true.
