Allow yourself more sleep, change your diet, drink more water, and the pounds will start falling off and stay off. I have seen it with my own eyes! I personally love lemon water. Soda is not as satisfying anymore since I have quit drinking it. Having it every once in a while is good enough for me. It’s just enough to take an edge off a craving. I have lost weight solely by making that one little change. I used to have an issue with bad breath, not anymore since I started drinking lemon water. My digestion has improved, I have less breakouts, and my stress decreases when I drink this magical drink. It really works. I wouldn’t promote it if I didn’t try it out for myself.

Most people find plain water boring, but don’t try to make it less boring. Throw some lemon in that glass, and enjoy all the benefits! You have nothing to lose other than weight, toxins, acne, pain, inflammation, a crappy metabolism, and stress. All the yucky things that make life less enjoyable. I also understand that sometimes lemon in your water gets boring also.
I have a solution for both issues. When that time comes, add other fruits, veggies, and herbs along with your lemon. Doing this creates infused water. Of course whatever you add will have their own list of added benefits. So do your research and find out what else you can add to your water. The great qualities about it are it’s healthy, refreshing, and adds a ton of variety to the drink. You can search infused water recipes on any search engine and come up with great concoctions. If you are feeling creative, add your own ingredients without a recipe. See what you can come up with. It’s so versatile you can make single servings or even multiple servings. Take it with you on the go, or make a pitcher ahead of time and serve it at your next cook out.
Lemon water is so good for you. We need to spread the word and get more people drinking it. While I was on vacation recently, I heard some interesting news. The news had covered a topic that was music to my ears. They announced that the soda industry is noticing a plunge in soda sales due to the increase in demand for sparkling waters or healthier options. That’s great news! That means more people are converting to the healthier options.
Think about how lemon water would eliminate or significantly reduce some of your daily problems. Would you have to take all your prescribed medications that your doctor is telling you to take? You could save so much money by not having to buy as many prescriptions! If you get bored, spruce up your glass. Make a new miracle drink when necessary. Remember weight loss doesn’t have to be hard or a struggle. All you need is the proper tools and education and you are good to go.
